Bursaries

A bursary programme has been established at Halifax Independent School to assist the families of students already enrolled to maintain the continuity of their child's education during a time of temporary financial difficulty. Bursaries are short term, cover up to one half of the school fees and are only awarded when a student has been at the school for a minimum of 2 years, not including Littles. A Bursary Committee, consisting of one staff member and two parent members, handles applications which are all confidential.
